MagnetoPots are magnet-sensing potentiometers which detect position of a magnet placed along the sensor strip. These sensors are made by Spectra Symbol, a leading company famous for their potentiometer and flexible sensing technologies.

They work amazingly with magnetic slide switches, motors, or any project where you would need to measure position of a magnet.  These are also great for secret or hidden switches in walls or behind surfaces.
