Shipping policy

All orders (unless back-ordered or preordered) are processed and dispatched on the following dispatch days (excluding public holidays):

• Mondays (for orders placed between 5:00pm Tuesday - 5:00pm Friday AEST), 
• Thursdays (for orders placed between 5:00pm Friday -  5:00pm Tuesday AEST).

Actual shipping duration is based on our shipping provider.

Shipping Tracking will only be provided if a mobile number is provided.
